Roberta has worked extensively with CEO’s, key leaders and senior managers in Fortune 500 and small organizations with significant experience in healthcare. She has delivered organizational leadership initiatives to align leadership behaviors with critical organization requirements and drive specific measurable results. Prior to consulting, Roberta was an active member of a senior management team which created a joint operating agreement between two health care organizations to form a health care system with over 50 facilities and 7,000 employees.
