Dr. Nagy has served as the Director of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology MA Program at Xavier University for the last 10 years. In addition to developing the graduate curriculum, he has maintained and developed internship sites with a number of organizations and has served as a thesis chair for over 40 master’s theses. He has also provided management consulting services to a number of organizations.
- As a consultant for the National Center for Organization Development, an office within the Department of Veterans Affairs, he helped develop an employee survey that has been distributed to all the hospitals within the Veterans Health Administration over the last seven years. This survey has been distributed to more than one million employees.
- He has consulted with a variety of organizations, including those in the healthcare, financial, distribution, material handling, and law enforcement settings.
- He is the current editor of Applied HRM Research.
