
Dr. Shriberg has served as the Vice President or Dean at four universities, has coached, trained, or consulted with over 150 organizations in the health care, manufacturing, retail, nonprofit, professional services, and educational sector. He has assisted 22 of the Fortune 100 companies at the senior level and has served numerous midsized and small companies and organizations.
- As Downing Professor of Leadership at Xavier University, he has taught courses in leadership development, management skills, human resources, strategy, and cross-cultural communications.
- His textbook Practicing Leadership; Principles and Applications is used throughout the world and he has published numerous articles. Recently, he co-authored Project Leadership.
- His degrees are from The Wharton School of Business, Boston University, Xavier University, and Columbia University. He has coached executives worldwide and specializes in assisting senior officers in cross-cultural settings.
- In addition to working in over 20 countries, he is currently demonstrating his commitment to building inclusive environments by consulting to the country Kosovo as they build their diversity guidelines. He is also the past president of the Greater Cincinnati Human Relations Commission.
- Dr. Shriberg is an engaged member of the Greater Cincinnati community and previously served as past president of the Greater Cincinnati Human Relations Commission.
