ROBERTA FIORE-KITTELL, S.P.H.R.
Roberta Fiore-Kittell is a results-driven Senior Human Resource Leader and Executive Coach with extensive experience in planning, developing, and implementing all human resources related programs with emphasis in employee relations, organizational development, and leadership development. She has a proven track record of leading integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, strategically directing strong build-ups and organizational restructuring.
Roberta has significant coaching and strategic leadership development experience at the individual and organizational level. She created an innovative onboarding program to accelerate the assimilation of new hires. Prior to starting her consulting practice, Roberta was an active member of the senior management team, which created a joint operating agreement between two health care organizations to form a health care system with over 50 facilities and 7,000 employees.
Roberta has served as the Chief Human Resource Officer in a variety of industries including healthcare, software and professional services. As a consultant, Roberta has worked with top talent in both the Fortune 50 as well as smaller organizations, an accomplishment that speaks to her flexibility and range in addressing the needs of key leaders who are called upon to deliver top performance. She combines a highly consultative approach with the ability to quickly gain insight into organizations to size up and assess what needs to be done in order to achieve success appropriate to the situation.
Roberta has served as an adjunct professor for Xavier University in the MBA program. She was selected as a Women’s Business Cincinnati Top 10 Woman in Executive Coaching. She was past President of the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association and has volunteered and served on a variety of non-profit committees and boards.
